Continuous Expansion

Wells and Young’s is now well established in the UK and World brewing industry. An unrivalled portfolio of ales and lagers, coupled with an exclusive wine division, means that Wells and Young’s is fit for the future.

The company is continuing to expand, most recently completing a deal with the Spanish brewery Grupo Damm to import Spain’s number one bottled beer, Estrella Damm, and launching a brand new Indian beer, Mongoose Premium Beer.

In August 2011, it was announced that Charles Wells Ltd had purchased the 40% stake in Wells and Young's from Young and Co PLC. This means that Wells and Young's is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Charles Wells Ltd.
