Position: Export Director

Favourite beer: Bombardier

How long have you worked here? I joined in October 1988 which seems like yesterday. But I never really think about it!

Describe your day to day responsibilities: I look after the sales function so this is ultimately about driving sales of our brands through our extensive network of customers in pubs, supermarkets and international markets. I need to ensure the company strategy is executed effectively, so a considerable amount of time is involved internally and externally with the sales team meeting customers to understand how we can achieve this. No one day is the same so the role is immensely rewarding.

What makes Wells and Young's a great place to work? The people and the great selection of brands.
