Jingle Ale the Way with Bombareindeer

1st December 2010

This Christmas, Bombardier drinkers are in for a surprise, as Bombardier undergoes a festive makeover.

Bombareindeer will be making its debut this winter in pubs across the country complete with reindeer horns, a flashing red nose and festive message.

Already, over 3,000 pubs have requested the pump clip which is expected to drive rate of sale and trial for the ‘Drink of England.’ And rest assured, there is absolutely no change to the award-winning Wells Bombardier beer.

Chris Lewis, marketing director for brewer Wells and Young’s, says: “What better time to bring a smile to our drinkers faces? Bombardier is full of personality, and Bombareindeer embodies this sense of fun.

“Rather than create a brand new beer for Christmas, it makes sense to inject some festive jollity into Bombardier - a beer drinkers already know and love. We are absolutely confident that not only will this be a huge talking point for pub regulars, but it will drive rate of sale and profits for pubs, during a period that is incredibly important for the On-Trade.

“If pubs want to spice up their cask beer offering throughout December, Bombareindeer is a great addition to the bar.

“And it’s sure to be a definite winner with a certain bearded, red-coat-wearing, late night visitor on the 24th December!”
