First Wells Bombardier four pack hits the shelves

Wells Bombardier has launched its first bottled multi-pack, bringing together all three beers in the Wells Bombardier family.

For the first time, shoppers will be able to buy a pack containing two bottles of Wells Bombardier Premium Bitter, a bottle of Wells Bombardier Burning Gold and a bottle of Wells Bombardier Satanic Mills. The new pack will initially be available in Asda stores nationwide.

“This is a fantastic four-pack, giving drinkers the chance to sample all three bottled ales,” says Chris Lewis, director of marketing for Wells and Young’s Brewing Company.

“The mix of the traditional Wells Bombardier, the light and golden Burning Gold, and the dark and strong Satanic Mills gives drinkers the widest choice of premium English ales in one pack.”

Jill Wilson, ales buyer for Asda said: “Bombardier Burning Gold and Satanic Mills are fantastic extensions to a well established and loved ale brand. Customers have told us that they want a variety of ales in convenient easy to carry four packs - this pack delivers that at outstanding value.”

Wells Bombardier Burning Gold is a light, refreshing beer which will appeal to ale and lager drinkers. The ale uses the ripest parts of English Fuggles and Goldings hops to create the refreshing golden ale with a zesty, crisp citrus flavour. The ale is the ideal accompaniment to a light meal and is best enjoyed with spicy marinated chicken.

Wells Bombardier Satanic Mills is a rich, dark coloured ale, with a creamy head and a smooth palette. The deep roasted and toasted flavours dominate the taste and there is a rich, fruity aroma. It is best drunk as an accompaniment to strong meats, cheese or traditional English desserts.
